NOVA新百合ヶ丘第1回ミィーティング

本日は正午に新百合ヶ丘NOVAのドアの前に元生徒と元講師が集まりました。
その後、OPA 2Fのコーヒー屋に行って、今後のことを雑談を交えて打ち合わせしました。

参加者は新百合ヶ丘の元講師が２名、元生徒さんが8名。

会議の目的は主に以下の3点。

1. 元新百合ヶ丘のメンバーを集め、人数が増えるようであれば、Voiceを開催したい。
2. 元生徒と元講師の連絡を取りやすくすることで、各自が個別に交渉してレッスンを提供してもらうことが出来る。
3. NOVAについての情報交換。（講師の近況なども含む）
   

今後はどうやって元生徒さんの人数を増やしていくかが問題。
そこで、とりあえず以下のような感じで進めるのはいかがでしょうか？

1. 本日集まったメンバー全員に、私からmixiの招待状を送る。
2. 本日集まったメンバーはmixiのアカウントを登録。
3. 本日来れなかった元生徒や元講師に各自がmixiの招待状を送る。
4. mixi上にメンバー専用のコミュニティ掲示板を作成し、そこを連絡用として使う。
5. 新百合ヶ丘や向ヶ丘遊園のドアの前にmixi管理者の連絡先を紙で貼っておく。
   
6. mixiの他の掲示板などに「NOVA新百合ヶ丘」のコミュニティの存在を告知。

mixiを選択した理由ですが、やはり日本ではメンバー数が一番多いし、割と誰でもすぐ使えると思ったのが、その理由です。（その代わり、講師は大変かもしれませんが。）

それと、本来なら誰でもアクセス出来て自由に書き込める掲示板がよいのですが、プライバシー情報を悪用されることも危惧されるので、とりあえずは、mixi内にメンバーを口コミで集めて行って、当面はクローズのコミュニティで運用するのが無難かなと考えてます。

English translation

8 students and 2 teachers of Shinyuri NOVA branch gathered in front of closed door of Shinyuri NOVA at noon today.
Then we headed to the coffee shop on the 2nd floor of OPA and held the meeting.
We mainly talked about following issue.

1. We are going to organize the group from ex Shinyuri students and teachers. If the number of members increase, we might be able to open voice.

2. We provide the place where students can get the contact information of teachers so that students can negotiate with teachers to take lessons in person.

3. We can exchange the relevant information related to NOVA's issue as well as teachers' recent situation.

How can we let the other students join the community?
My first plan is listed below.

1. I'll send the invitation of one of the social network system "mixi" to let them join.
2. Each member receiving my invitation should open an account.
3. After that each member will send the invitation to other students those who didn't come today.
4. We will launch an exclusive community board in mixi where we can share the information.
5. We might put some notice where an administrator e-mail address on it on the closed door of Shinyuri and Mukougaoka yuen.
6. We might post the name of our community in other non exclusive community board related to NOVA to let other students who has already been a member of mixi to contact us.

Apart from mixi, there are several candidates from Internet free services for sharing information.
However I chose mixi because it has highest number of registration in Japan and has easy user interface.
Though teachers might be struggle to use this service because only Japanese language is available.

It might be ideal to use non-exclusive bulletin board for everyone but I'm afraid of violation of privacy.
We are going to let other students to join the community with words of mouth strategy for now.
